Dear Sir,

I would like to request for the copy of the Feasibility study and the project completion report of the Pasa Small Reservoir Irrigation Project in Ilagan, Isabela. The said project is an ODA-funded project by KOICA with project duration from 2011 to 2018. 
The National Economic and Devlopment Authority will be proposing for the conduct of Impact evaluation study of the said completed project hence the need for the necessary information and data of the project and its beneficiaries.
