Goodevening! I would like to request for the information below that will aid my thesis entitled "A Proposed Public Library Educational Resource and Information Center. 

1.	How many public libraries and information center are existing in the Luzon, NCR Region and the in the entire country? 
2.	How are the Philippines' public libraries and information centers performing? Is it still common despite of technological advancements and how does it adapt to these changes? 
3. Design guidelines and allocated budget for Public Library and Information Center?
