1. Request for a digitized/electronic/Pdf copy of a published material: Tomas Cabili, Mindanao and the Constitution (1936).

I know it would be just easy on your part to mark this request as "part of your frontline services". However, it would be of great help if you can provide this request particularly to researchers who are at the periphery of Imperial Manila.
