Hi! I am requesting a copy of the Integrated Reorganization Plan under the administration of then President Ferdinand E. Marcos. If the entirety of the plan cannot be sent electronically, may I request only those related to civil service to be sent (specifically the Career Executive Service Board). 

A previous e-FOI request regarding the same file has been made and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines has referred the matter to the National Library of the Philippines. Thank you.

We are glad to inform you that the book entitled Integrated Reorganization Plan published by the Commission on Reorganization in 1972 is available at the National Library of the Philippines.  You may visit the Reading Room of the National Library of the Philippines located at NLP Building, T.M. Kalaw Street, Ermita, Manila 1000, Philippines to use our resources for your research.

You may  also search through NLP's Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) at http://koha.nlp.gov.ph/  to access our collection for other books you might find helpful to your research. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to do@nlp.gov.ph.
