Response to your request

For questions 1 and 2, we were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://web.nlp.gov.ph/directory-2/ (Directory of Affiliated Public Libraries as of September 2023). 

For question number 3, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.
