I'm a 5th-year architecture student and currently pursuing my undergraduate architectural thesis. I would like to request the following documents needed for my thesis: 

1. List of Public Libraries in NCR.
2. Design Guidelines/Standards for Library.
3. Public Library Usage Statistics in Metro Manila.
4. Existing & Future Programs/Plans for Public Libraries.
