Hello. May I request the names/titles of each law (eg. Republic Act No. 1, Executive Order, Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act, etc) which had established each city and municipality in the Philippines, with their date of approval, preferably in table format? I searched online but could not find any reliable/comprehensive resource. Thank you very much.
