I am currently a graduate student of UP Manila.  I would like to request for a copy of all the NNS reports and PPAN. The only available documents in your website are the most recent ones (8th NNS and PPAN 2017-2022). I would like to have a copy of the earlier documents.

For the NNS results, you may access them through http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/. For the PPAN documents, please send an email request stating your affiliation and purpose and address it to Nutrition Officer IV and OIC of NNC Nutrition Policy and Planning Division, Dr. Marivic S. Samson through email address marivic.samson@nnc.gov.ph copy furnished nppd@nnc.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Assistant Secretary and Executive Director IV Dr. Azucena M.
