Hello! Good day! I am humbly requesting for the following information:

1. Nutrition status of children 0-59 months (latest) in Barangay Concepcion Uno and Barangay Tumana, Marikina City.
2. Statistics/record of stunted and underweight children 0-59 months (latest)
3.Statistics of the population (latest)
4.Barangay rank in nutrition monitor (latest)
5.Source of income of the families in the barangays (latest)
6.Nutrition program conducted in the past for malnutrition.
7.Person assigned in planning, organizing, and leading of nutrition guidelines in.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. However, only the nutritional status 0-59 months by city and municipality is being consolidated by the NNC. You may retrieve the information from our official website https://www.nnc.gov.ph/related-statistics/operation-timbang-result. For the other information requested, you may contact the City Nutrition Office of Marikina City through the City Nutrition Action Officer, Dr. Christy S. Sy at email address christysy2002@yahoo.com copy furnished NNC NCR through NCR Nutrition Program Coordinator, Ms. Milagros Elisa V. Federizo at email address ncr@nnc.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review
