Hi, 
I'm Lucel, A graduate student of UP-Los Banos. 
I would like to ask the following data at the provincial level.
1. Anemia prevalence
2. Percentage of Adult tobacco users
3. Proportion of insufficiently physically active adolescents
4. Nutritionally at-risk Pregnant Women
5. Pregnancy-related complications experienced by pregnant women 
6. Percent distribution of lactating mothers by nutritional status
7. Proportion of households engaged in vegetable gardening
8. Proportion of 4Ps members who participated in Family Development Sessions

 Any year from 2015-2021. Thank you soo much.

You may also wish to contact The Department of Health for inquiry on the percentage of adult tobacco users and pregnancy related complications experienced by pregnant women, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
