To whom it may concern,

Our NGO is undergoing strategic planning. We are looking at focusing efforts on  municipalities lagging on certain health parameters:

May I request for latest available municipality-level data for the following?

Malnutrition rate, Child mortality rate, Maternal mortality rate

Getting data for all municipalities across the Philippines is preferred. If not, data from the following can be prioritized:

1. Asipulo, Ifugao
2. Padre Burgos & Agdangan & Unisan, Quezon
3. San Isidro, Davao del Nor
4. Kalamansig & Lebak, SK
5. Impasug-ong & Talakag,& Pangantucan, Bukidnon

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from our official website https://www.nnc.gov.ph/related-statistics/operation-timbang-result.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Azucena M. Dayanghirang, Assistant Secretary and Executive Director of the National Nutrition Council through e-mail address oed@nnc.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
