Thank you for your request dated Nov 28, 2022 02:19:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Raw anonymized data of malnourished children in NCR  from 2016 to 2021.

Response to Request

Your request is approved. However, only the nutritional status of 0-59 months old by city and municipality from 2010 to 2021 is being consolidated by NNC. It is available on our official website at https://www.nnc.gov.ph/related-statistics/operation-timbang-result.

For the specific data requested, you may contact the Nutrition Offices of the Local Government Units in NCR. For their contact details, please send a request to the NNC NCR through ncr@nnc.gov.ph addressed to Regional Program Coordinator Ms. Milagros Elisa V. Federizo, stating your organization and purpose of the request.  

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Assistant Secretary and Executive Director IV Dr. Azucena M. Dayanghirang at oed@nnc.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
