Hi I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Total number of deaths in children due to malnutrition in Quezon City.
2. Age range of children who died from malnutrition in Quezon City.
3. Age range that is considered as lactating moms.
4. Statistics of teenage pregnancy with age range in Q.C.
5. Statistics of lactating moms with age range in NCR/QC.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the City Health Office of Quezon City, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Assistant Secretary and Executive Director IV Dr. Azucena M.
