Thank you for your request dated Oct 24, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your request:
1. Data from national and Davao city percentages / incidence rate with:
a. Severe malnutrition
b. patients on enteral and/or parenteral nutrition with gastrostomy tube
c. Cancer patients with malnutrition
d. Obesity
Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, for the national data on severe malnutrition and obesity you may wish to contact the Food and Nutrition Research Institute through their website https://www.fnri.dost.gov.ph/ or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
