The following information is needed:

- Records of malnutrition from different demographics (Men, Women, and Children).
- Policies made to combat/aid malnutrition in Western Visayas from 1983-1986.
- Records of aforementioned demographics' access to food, water, clean facilities, and healthcare during said period.
- List of Hospitals in Western Visayas that responded/aided those affected by malnutrition.

The agency can only provide the Philippine Nutrition Program, the national policy for nutrition. It served as guide for the national, regional and local governments. Should you need a copy, please submit an email request, stating your purpose and affiliation through info@nnc.gov.ph copy furnished nsd@nnc.gov.ph

For the malnutrition data of specific population groups, you may access the FNRI Nutrition Facts and Figures through http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Assistant Secretary and Executive Director IV Dr. Azucena M.
