1. I would like to report all the number that always call and texting my relatives and other contact by harassing and threatening us.

2. report the violence messages and call that we received everyday by online lending.

You seek help due to alleged unauthorized access, harassment, and death threats of an online lending app.

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
