I would like to request for the investigation, closure, and siezure of assets of Well Cash. Said entity has been contacting me non-stop during the day about my loan, which I still intend to pay. Reason for this report is the collection practices of their agents, which is threatening in nature.

You seek help due to alleged unauthorized access of an online lending app.

Response to your request

However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
