Hello Sir/Madam!

I would like to file for complaint against Happy Pera 2. They texted to get in touch with someone regarding my account to get help. I followed their instructions but to my dismay, this person confirmed that indeed, they are the ones harassing me on Facebook by telling me that I will have my face posted on Facebook every day as long as my due is not paid. They have been harassing me and accusing me of stealing their money. I have been a repeat customer for this company and it is my first time that I wasn't able to pay my dues because of the calamity we had after the typhoon.
