Hi good afternoon mam/sir. Nag register lang po ako sa app nila at na approve na po ako sa 2k na loan nila. At ang dumating sa gcash ko ay 1,300 lang at gusto ko sana ibalik dahil wala po sila tawag sa akin or notice na approve ako, nag chat ako sa cs nila ibalik ko ang binigay nila na 1,300 dahil di ako na notice sa biglaang aprove nila. Sabi nang cs nila need ko daw po bayaran with in 7days na 2,010 . Ngayon po di ko talaga binayaran. Na track nila contact ko tinatawagan nila lahat at tinatakot na e dedemanda daw po ako. Mam/sir nasisira na pati trabaho ko. Help me po

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
