i would like to request to track these number sending me threats about exposing my private data on the internet and social media to shame me for not paying on time. although i have already sent an email to their online customer service,i will pay them and im willing to accept the penalties.

You seek for help due to alleged unauthorized disclosure of your personal data on social media and alleged harassment for not paying on time.

You asked for online lending companies sending threats of exposure of barrowers private data.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply.

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
