Stop harrasing and collecting my contacts, and death threat, calling and texting my contacts.

The loan lending apps keep collecting and calling my contacts even though i did not lend any money to them they keep harrassing my friends and family and me and my phone contacts which is I did not gave any names of my contacts.

You seek help due to alleged harassment and shaming of an online lending app.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation
