Hi, I would like to request for the following information:
1. Number of cases filed before the NPC within the indicated time frame
2. Breakdown of cases filed according to type of offense 
3. Breakdown of cases filed according to parties involved (e.g., government agency, private entity)
4. Status of cases (e.g., resolved, pending)
5. Breakdown of cases according to decision made (e.g., award of indemnity, cease and desist order, recommendation of prosecution)
