    How was your request?

What does it take to conduct an audit of the Bureau of Immigration?

Requested from NPC by C. Beltran at 07:43 PM on Feb 28, 2019.
Purpose: Need to know because we have evidence of a high level unauthorized disclosure.
Date of Coverage: 07/24/2017 - 01/09/2019
Tracking no: #NPC-491354818260

Beltran 07:43 PM, Feb 28, 2019

The BI have no notion regarding the protection of personal information in their database. My wife's US passport nos. was disclosed by them unlawfully. We are quite sure that the information came from them, for no other gov't agency was given this info. As for my wife's passport that was secured by me in a location that only I have knowledge of. To add insult to injury, they have denied our right to reasonable access citing that there's no evidence of a security breach. On the contrary, we have evidence of unauthorized disclosure.
