Deceptive Loan Promise & Harassment

Hi, my sister and I were in dire need of money so we decided to try Peso Cash. The loan promised 6000 payable in 150 days so we were enticed to go for it. We used my credentials to apply but agreed to split the payment. To our surprise, they only sent us 4125. Well, we thought it's just right since it's a 150 days loan, so they probably already took out the interest. There was no breakdown of fees and interests, etc before the disbursement. Then 5 days later - adding to our surprise, they called me saying that the loan is due in 2 days.

However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
