DE GUZMAN 05:40 PM, Mar 24, 2022

Hi Good day!

I am writing your good office to formally inform you of the harrassment and sending of threats of a certain Online Loans (Online Loan Pilipinas Lending and it's collection partner which is the Countrywide Collections Agency about sending threats and harrasment on me. Bugging me with non-stop text messages, e-mails and even calls. Alongside of this, the threat is really bothersome as it concerns my security. Also, the illegal usage of my personal data and other documents without my proper knowledge and approval. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you!
