Would like to confrim if below lending apps are registered with secondary SEC license and if their penalties and interest rate are in accordance with the law.

You asked whether online lending apps such as Kusog Pera, Snapera, Juanhand, OPeso and Pesoim are registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). You further asked whether the interest rates and penalties of these online lending apps are in accordance with the law.
