Hi! I would like to ask the my rights to file complaints regarding:
1. Online loan application post my picture with words saying im a scammer after i get late on paying my debt.
2. Getting some death threats text messages in different mobile number saying that i will get killed because of not settling my loan.
3. Harrasing my friends in giving text messages and sending messages in social application regarding my debts.
4. Saying that they will post my picture in social medias even they will neglect the NPC rules.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
