Hi, I would like you to take a look at this online applications, CASHCOW, SUNCASH, HONEYLOAN, SNAPERA and Lpeso. I had apply for an online loan and was paying it regularly sometimes earlier than scheduled. But lastweek,  i was not able to pay it ontime because I have to bring my son to the hospital for an anti rabies injection and I myself also had undergone tooth extraction which made me unable to work. Now this OLP has been harassing me and all my contacts save in my phone book which are not listed in my references. I wonder how they have contacted all of them. I have screenshot off all the

You seek for help due to unauthorized access and alleged harassment of an Online Lending App.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
