While we aim to provide an assistance whenever possible, unfortunately, the National Privacy Commission cannot redact and remove your personal information posted in the e-FOI portal. Requests for redaction and removal of personal information posted in e-FOI portal are acted upon by the Freedom of Information-Project Management Office (FOI-PMO).

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, email address, and tracking number to Freedom of Information-Project Management Office (foi.pco@gmail.com) for proper action.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman Atty. John Henry D. Naga at info@privacy.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you about the result within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your review request.
