Sir/Madam:

Greetings! 

I am from the Data Privacy department of a BSP registered OPS entity.

I would like to ask for your assistance with a request for a sample file of any existing Data Privacy Manual, preferably for an OPS entity, upon which we can base the Privacy Manual which we will be creating for the company

We would appreciate it if we will be provided with an already existing and NPC-approved Privacy Manual for us to be guided accurately.
