Good Day NPC,

Just want to clarify if a firm does not have any security incident within the year, are they still required to submit the Annual Security Incident Report (ASIR)? If yes, can a specific provision on DPA of 2012 or circulars where it states that ASIR is needed even if 0 security breaches happened to the firm.
