Hi this is to request to investigate and do necessry correction of collection practice for this loan app facility COCOPESO

This loan app is harrasing their customer and contact lists even the loan is NOT YET PAST DUE. 

They are sending degrading and threatening text messages.

You seek help due to alleged threats, and unauthorized access of an online lending app.

Response to your request

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
