Hi! I would like to report online loan suncash for accessing all my contact information without permission. The said online loan are keep on texting all my contacts, shaming me on the content of thier text messages. Talking about that i am scammer, threatening me, running from loan which i have already payed the amount that i have received from them. They also contacting me and spreading such messages not in the office or business hour. Thank you

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
