Hi I would like to request for information if Excellence Era Lending Service Corp., and their Online Lending Platform ("OLP") have any pending or resolved cases filed with the National Privacy Commission covering violations of the law, rules and issuances, specifically in connection with Data Privacy Act.

To be more specific, the OLP of Excellence Era Lending Corp is named "Support"

Once again, I am requesting for information if there are any pending/resolved cases filed before the NPC which charges Excellence Era Lending Corp. or its OLP which is named "Support".
