Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

May I request for the following information?

1. How many complaints have been filed for violations of the DPA since effectivity of its IRR?

2. Of these total number, what is the breakdown in terms of the type of complaints?

3. Has there been any complaint filed with the Courts? How many? Has there been any conviction?

4. How many breaches have been reported since the effectivity of the IRR?

5. What is the largest breach so far in terms of volume of personal data breached?

6. How many companies have already been audited by the NPC ?
