Data Privacy Act compliance for both Government and Private Entities

If possible,
1. List of Government and Private entities that are required to comply
2. List of compliant Government entities
3. List of compliant Private entities

else,
1. Number of compliant Government agencies VS Total number of Government agencies that are required to comply
2. Number of compliant Private companies VS Total number of  Private companies that are required to comply

You asked for List of Compliant and Non-compliant Government and Private Entities in Data Privacy Act.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in .pdf format.

Please note however that we cannot provide data to requests which involve identifying specific Personal Information Controllers (PICs) and Personal Information Processors (PIPs). 

Your right to request a review
