Dear Richel Panopio, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 10, 2022 11:57:06 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for the number of registered Data Processing System (DPS) and DPS that involve automated decision making, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the National Privacy Commission does not have the information you have requested. Please note that the registration of Data Processing System (DPS)-Phase 2 was suspended in 2018 and has not been reactivated ever since. The system and database to house this registration is still on its final security assessment.
