I would like to report a Online Lending App (OLA) company that purportedly violates the Data Privacy Act.

The lending company, PINOY PESO, represented by a certain Shone Dela Cruz of their legal department claims to have gotten my number as a reference from a certain John Chester Beltran Teng. I do not know both person. I do not know how any of them were able to obtain my mobile number, and at this point I can only speculate what happened but the undeniable fact is that my privacy has been violated by both person and therefore wishes that PINOY PESO be held liable for harassing me with there

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
