Hi, I would like to request for information about RA10173, it's parameters and processes.

Online lending companies have accessed my contact list and have contacted some of the people in it via phone call/SMS, providing my Personal Identifiable information which I didn't give permission to. Now, people that were contacted are furious! They did not provide their contact numbers to any lending company, Yesterday, a certain number,+639058847651 had call/send SMS to multiple contact list. Kindly assist me on this, can you also provide me National offices that I can file a complaint/case about this
