Your request You are inquiring about the total number of reported cybercrime cases as well as data related to phishing incidents in the Philippines for the year 2023. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the NPC does not have the information you requested. Please be advised that the mandate of the NPC is to administer and implement the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and to monitor and ensure compliance of the country with international standards set for data protection. Therefore, monitoring the number of cybercrime cases related to phishing incidents falls beyond the scope of the NPC's mandate and authority.
