Quickla and other lending apps compromising my data privacy

Requested from NPC by E. Rago at 02:05 PM on Oct 06, 2023.
Purpose: A lending app who keeps texting me irrelevant text massages containing some loan offers.
Date of Coverage: 10/03/2023 - 10/06/2023
Tracking no: #NPC-785401897572

Quickla has offered me cash loan, they gave me P2400 as an initial offer, I was forced to give my personal data like government IDs and other yet it don't really matter as long as it will not compromise data privacy. After my loan was approved, they had disbursed P1700 only, the interest/service fee is way too higher, so I tried to cancel the transaction. The only way for me to cancel the app is to repay the loan with the service fee. I didn't accept it. I chatted their online FB page, they gave me instructions and I had followed it to cancel my loan transaction with them, refund was done yet
