Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Please do a further investigation to this following  OLA's Company apps: Madaloan, PESOQ, CASHME, KUSOG PERA, & LOANCHAMP to revoke thier certificate of authority to operate because they're collecting high processing fee's and high interest to the borrower in just a short period of time like 7 or 10 days. Aside from it they're using the borrower personal data to engage in unfair collection practices. Accordingly, these have been the subject of various complaints of unauthorized use of personal data that resulted in harassment and shaming of borrowers.

You seek help due to alleged threats, and unauthorized access of an online lending app.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply.

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
