Hi. I would like to file a complaint against OLC/OLA of FirstCash for harassing me via speech, bombarding of calls, sending death threats even my references and spreading of data or information over social medias.

Photos can be sent if needed to support my complaints
Hope this activity could help us victim of OLA regain the trust and name that we had before OLC/OLA destroyed it due to shameful text blast.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman John Henry Du Naga at info@privacy.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received this letter.
