Good day, I just want to ask what steps and remedies I could take to stop an Online Lending Company (FastCash) from contacting me. A friend of mine used my personal details (i.e. name, phone number, address etc.) as guarantor for a loan without my consent. I have been receiving calls and spam messages as well as death threat from their agents.
