Hi! I would like to request for shut down/closure of online companies whose agents are harassing and intimidating their clients and texting contacts in their phonebook and Facebook with Threats and bad words. Some online lending companies are HALIKA CASH, KUYA LOAN, HOME PESO, GOLD APPLE, KUSOG PERA, PESO BEE and many more...the others are we don't know which online lending company because they don't identify themselves and different numbers are used to text swearing and threatening us and our contacts

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
