Hi i would like to report the harrasment made by the Agent of Pesohere VIP8 with cp#  +639384384337 the Client

I was travelling and driving the car but he always calling to me by an hour with harrasment messages to me, 

And pananakot ginagawa samantalang hindi pa po tapos ang araw ng due date

You seek assistance to file a complaint against the agents of an online lending app due to alleged harassment.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Please be advised that the mandate of the NPC is to administer and implement the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and to monitor and ensure compliance of the country with international standards set for data protection. Therefore, investigating alleged harassments fall beyond the scope of NPC’s mandate and authority.
