I am a current law student researching about General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Privacy Act (DPA). I sent this request to gather the following:

- Comparison of GDPR and DPA for Philippine Websites
- DPA (Complaints and Litigation Procedure)

You asked for Sample of DPR and GDPR Compliant Terms and Conditions Documents.

Response to Request

Please note that we are only able to provide the NPC Circular 16-04 or the Rules of Procedure of the National Privacy Commission as we do not have a sample DPA and GDPR terms and condition documents you requested. Further, we determine that the NPC Circular 16-04 is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve this document on our website [https://www.privacy.gov.ph/memorandum-circulars/npc-circular-16-04-rules-of-procedure/]. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman Raymund E.
