I would like to report online lending company Cash In,Funpera,Suncash,and Cashbee they sending messages to my contacts without my permission,saying their are my garantor and forcing them to pay in behalf of me,they also threatening us saying the word Ipapapatay ko buong pamilya mo,ipapasunog ko bahay nyo,pokpok at estapadora. They made a groupchat and forced me and  all my FB friends to pay,upon checking the admin name is Daniel Santos who is the legal department head of online lendingph. While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman John Henry Du Naga at info@privacy.gov.ph.
