good day!. marami po ako na receive na txt messages na pananakot,paninira sa buong pagkatao ko..Isa po ito sa mga online lending company..Upload daw nila picture ko,ipapa patay,ipapa riding intandem,ipapadukot, at gagamitin daw nila po ang identity ko para magamit sa ibang online lending company..nkakaka bahala na po..nagkakalat po sila ng messages na scammer daw ako.umutang daw po ako 100k, if my transactions po ako sa kanila settled na po yon at my proof of payments po ako.

Greetings!

Your Request

You seek for help due to harassment of an Online Lending App. We understand this certain Online Lending App has been using your contacts to threaten and coerce you to settle your loan.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email-reply.
Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Complaints and Investigation Division (complaints@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response. 

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days.
