Purpose: The purpose of my report request is for them to stop harrassing and threatening me.

Hi NPC. Good Day! Please help me. This is my first time using an online lending app and I was not aware this is what I will experience. They took all my contacts saved in my phone book and started harrassing and threatening me and everyone I have in my contacts. They degraded my name and even advised me to be careful. No one has been imprisoned for debt but q lot died. There latest message was telling everyone in my contacts that I died and I told them to collect my debt from them. Of course the people around me are just laughing it off. 
They have been verbally and mentally abusing me. Helpme

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
